2012 Highlights!

When thinking about creating a wrap up post of 2012 I thought it was completely daunting and almost decided against it. Although going through all my photos from 2012 has made me realise how many amazing experiences I have had with Spin Dizzy Fall this year and I cannot be more grateful for everyone who supports me and takes me on these wild adventures that still often feel surreal. From being involved in huge campaigns, such as with Myer, Toni & Guy and Boohoo, to being photographed by some of the leading street photographers in the world, like Candice Lake, Facehunter and Tommy-Ton, I have met some awe-worthy people and learnt so much more.

Meeting new people and bloggers is probably one of my favourite things about running a blog and I have had a blast hanging out with new and old blogger buds and all those who help out on projects, events and fashion weeks. Last but not least a giant thank you to all my fans and followers, you're a bunch of wicked individuals!

My 2013 will begin with a summer holiday so stay tuned for the first outfit post of 2013 then summer snaps!

Flying Trapeze

Today I have a different post to the usual! A bit of a personal post of photos from last week when Luke and I had a trapeze lesson with Sydney Trapeze School.

Luke bought me trapeze lessons for Christmas and he decided to have a go too and it was so exciting! Petrifying at first, of course, but so fun to push those comfort zones after a very comfortable Christmas. We got about 6 swings each and I was so happy to make 'the catch' twice by the end of the lesson, as you can see in the video I made. A great way to finish 2012!

Silver Cross Cut-offs

PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket wearing: top - Karibu Boutique, Shorts - Missguided, Bag - General Pants, Shoes - Soles and vintage belt.

Whenever I have a lazy day at home one of my favourite things to do is drive down to the river, sit by the water in the sun and eat some chips or seafood for lunch.

Two new pieces in my wardrobe are these wicked silver cross shorts and my new favourite top with off the shoulder sleeves that just makes me think of summery Sunday afternoons.

Golden Christmas

Here are a few photos to sum up my Christmas and just some of the amazing gifts I received! I spent my Christmas Eve with friends (outfit above via my instagram) and Christmas day having a huge lunch with my family. Apart from booze and my new cactus pal, Luke bought me Trapeze lessons which we did yesterday (so photos to come soon)!

Hope everyone was happy and with people who loved them this Christmas!

BTS with Boohoo at Bondi

Earlier this month I was involved in a very exciting project for Boohoo! We travelled out to Bondi to shoot 3 themed looks that I styled; 2 x '90s Swag' and 'Hippie Cosmopolitan'.
It was an extra hot day in Bondi and we had lots of fun on set with Luke coming along to take these behind the scenes shots for Spin Dizzy Fall.

What do you think? Which look is your favourite?

PhotobucketPhotobucket Photobucket PhotobucketPhotobucket wearing: dress - Free People, jacket & boots - Boohoo, shades - ZeroUV, belt & necklace are vintage.

It's the perfect time of year to wear pretty party dresses and this one was fully beaded, embellished and calling my name! Considering I didn't have an event that would do this dress justice I followed my usual motto of 'Grunge it Up'. Boots, belt and a biker jacket always do the trick.

With a very busy week ahead I'm looking forward to relaxing on Christmas night and letting that holiday feeling take me away and float until the new year is upon us. Still a few more posts left before then so stick around, chaps.

La Lune

Photobucket PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket Photobucket wearing: top - Karibu Boutique, skirt - MHQ, boots - Soles, bracelet with ring - Backstage*, Necklace & bag - boohoo.

This morning we headed over to meet the team at the General Pants store in Westfields Liverpool!
Everyone was wicked and I shopped up a storm with fellow blogger, dear Jess. Still totally loving the mens palm print tank by ksubi and contemplating getting it to wear as a mini dress over summer.
I picked up some amazing stuff including the perfect hat that I'm sure will be in upcoming posts!

NEW IN - December

1. Pleated summer dress in mint by Shilla. Also has spaghetti straps which I am all for this season.   -   2. Last week I finally got a new hair cut (It may not look like much of a change but it's such a huge difference for me) and new denim dress with gold studded collar from Tweet Tweet fashion (check it out here).   -  3. New glitter nail polish & new floral leggings by JorgePlus hilarious new iPhone5 case that I posted about on instagram which I picked up off eBay.

Sup kittens! Tonight I thought I'd change it up and show you a few of my favourite new things from December so far. I'm sure you're all wanting to know the winner of the Triangl Bikini giveaway too, so here it is. Congratulations to alannah (thatsweetaurora)! I hope everyone had a great weekend! I can't believe Christmas is so close and then the new year. Who's looking forward to the apocalypse?

PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket wearing: tank - jorge, camo leggings - Tweet Tweet Fashion, black cross ring - Back Stage*, Silver cross ring - Evil Twin, shoes & backpack from Boohoo.

Lately I am becoming more and more addicted to tanks AND camo print. I thought it best to put these two pieces together for maximum jungle power!

On another note, Penny-Lane looks so scared/timid/cute in these photos! Don't be fooled though, she's a wild cat ... dog.
